All shipments are fully insured for their declared value.

The delivery times indicated below are provided for informational purposes only and may be extended in the event of a specific customer request, including ring resizing, personalization, engraving, or any other custom work performed on the jewelry.

Free in-store pickup is available for all orders, regardless of the purchase amount.

  1. Metropolitan France

Shipping is free for orders over €500.

Orders are shipped via Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, or Declared Value Delivery.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

  1. European Union

Shipping is free for orders over €500.

Orders are shipped via Colissimo, Chronopost, or DHL.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

  1. International

For deliveries outside Metropolitan France and the European Union, a flat shipping fee of €59 applies.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. HM GOLD shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by customs procedures or local authorities.

Order Tracking

An order confirmation email is sent to the customer once the purchase has been completed.

As soon as the order is dispatched, a second email containing the tracking number is sent to the customer.
