These Terms of Service govern the use of the GemmeLuxe website and the sales carried out by HM GOLD, whose registered office is located at 3 rue des Poissonniers, 75018 Paris, France, and which can be contacted at contact@gemmeluxe.fr or +33 7 59 53 65 58.

Article 1 – Purpose
